What makes it worth it – and what doesn’t
The friendly staff went above and beyond, providing toys for my son and clean amenities like the hot tub and pool – plus a delightful breakfast with ample variety!
The room was a bit loud, detracting from a relaxing experience, especially with constant noise from surrounding areas and lack of light-blocking curtains to ensure comfortable rest.

Check-in was seamless and the staff quickly provided a rollaway cot without delay. The room was spacious and clean, meeting all our needs, with AC working perfectly. The location was fantastic, making it easy to see all the local sights. The continental breakfast had a fair variety, but the breakfast area was small and quite warm, making it a bit uncomfortable during peak times. The overall comfort of the bed could use improvement. as it felt firm, which wasn’t great for my back, but I really appreciated the pool and hot tub. They were fantastic for alleviating my discomfort after long days of exploring. Parking was ample, with several restaurants and shops nearby within a short walking distance. One downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times. I would recommend this hotel if you're looking for a budget-friendly stay with decent amenities.

clean pool, nice hot tub, large room
Bathroom outdated with freezing water in shower!!! Breakfast area hardly accommodates more than eight people!!! Hallway rugs filthy and uninviting!!! Overall, it feels neglected and overdue for a serious refresh!!!

Super friendly staff, clean room with good toiletries, and a nice balcony. Breakfast was a hit too, lots of options packed in a bag. Location's great, close to a mall and food places!
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Wi-Fi was reliable, but the room needed better light blocking curtains. Comfortable stay overall.

It was just a balanced option for a short interlude in Kelowna with good value for price. The staff, especially Mike, really went out of their way to help me with unique requests. Make sure to take advantage of the free breakfast, but don't expect too much variety.

I recently stayed for two nights and loved the spacious room with a nice little patio, even if it was too cold to use it. The early check-in was a fantastic perk! The breakfast was basic but satisfactory enough to start the day.
